Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Eligibility

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags attached.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@tshirtsdotcom.net with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: sale items, gift cards, and items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
